Rachel brings nearly nine years of childcare experience and holds a CDA, NAC, and an All Means All Certificate, with over five years in leadership roles. She has been part of the Northstar family for almost seven years, where she is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for children and families. Rachel is passionate about leading and empowering her team to grow as educators and achieve more than they ever thought possible. At home, life is lively with her 11-year-old son, two dogs, a cat, and a fish. She enjoys reading, sewing, and hiking in her free time. Rachel lives by the belief: Be supportive of others, the way you would want them to be supportive of you.
