Pollett began her career in childcare in 2019 as a preschool teacher, later serving as an assistant director, and for the past three years has proudly led as director of Terrace. She is passionate about creating spaces where children feel safe, loved, and inspired, while also supporting teachers to thrive. Outside of work, Pollett enjoys spending time with her son Jay, lifting weights, journaling, traveling, and exploring thrift stores. She lives by the belief: “It takes a village to raise a child, and I’m grateful to be part of that village every day.”
Our approach blends the structure of intentional teaching with the creativity of play-based learning. We use the innovative “Learning Beyond Paper” curriculum, which emphasizes exploration, problem-solving, and real-world connection.
