Allie studied at Weber State University and earned her Child Development Associate Degree. She has been part of the Awesome Kids team prior to Northstar since 2015 and is passionate about creating a nurturing, fun environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. Allie believes early childhood is a foundational stage of development and feels honored to help shape children’s social and emotional skills while building meaningful relationships with families. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and six children and proudly embraces being a Disney fan and child at heart. She lives by the belief: “It takes a village to raise a child, and I’m proud to be part of yours.”
