Brooke has been part of the Northstar family since 2016, beginning as an infant teacher and later serving as assistant and now director of the Harrison location. She holds a CDA, renewed three times, and is passionate about ensuring families feel confident and supported while their children learn and grow. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys adventures with her four-year-old son, along with crafting, gardening, fishing, yoga, and spending time outdoors. She lives by the words: “We come from the earth, we return to the earth, and in between we garden.”
Our approach blends the structure of intentional teaching with the creativity of play-based learning. We use the innovative “Learning Beyond Paper” curriculum, which emphasizes exploration, problem-solving, and real-world connection.
To support every child’s unique learning journey, our team uses a color-coded system to help identify students who may benefit from additional academic support — and tailor help where it’s needed most.
